This agreement is made between Books by No (“Creator”) and the undersigned (“Tester”) for the purpose of testing the Life Themes Monthly Alignment product during the soft launch period.

1. Purpose

This agreement aims to define the expectations, responsibilities, and terms of participation for testing the Life Themes product, which includes providing feedback on the content, clarity, structure, and personal impact of the Life Themes report.

2. Scope of Participation

The Tester will receive access to one (1) Life Themes report per month for three (3) months, beginning the month after you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The product includes personalized or tiered content based on astrology, Human Design, and ritual guidance, depending on the tier being tested.

3. Tester Commitments

- Complete an intake form with accurate birth information
- Review each report fully within 7 days of receipt
- Submit structured feedback via the provided survey or form
- Do not copy, share, or distribute product content publicly or privately
- Notify Creator promptly if unable to continue testing

4. Confidentiality

All product materials are the intellectual property of Books by No. The Tester agrees to maintain confidentiality and not reproduce, share, or publish any portion of the product. This includes visual design, copy, templates, and structure.

5. Compensation

During the test period, the Tester will receive full access to the product at no cost. No monetary compensation will be provided. As a thank you, at the conclusion of the test period, Testers may be offered a discounted subscription or exclusive bonus.

6. Term & Termination

This agreement is valid for three (3) months from the date of acceptance. Either party may terminate the agreement early by providing written notice. All content provided remains the property of Books by No.
